Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid-Senior Level)

Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organizations in hiring experienced Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals to join their U.S.-based operations. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or quality functions, and offer a clear pathway toward senior leadership roles.Successful candidates will play a key role in optimizing production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality and safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSuccessful candidates will be responsible for:Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operationsManaging production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flowOptimizing workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levelsCollaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teamsImplementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiativesEnsuring compliance with OSHA, ISO, and internal quality, safety, and regulatory standardsMonitoring KPIs related to production output, inventory, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performanceSupporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigationLeading, mentoring, and supporting teams, supervisors, and plannersIdentifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventive actionsContributing to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field5-10+ years of experience within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operationsExperience in one or more of the following areas:Manufacturing or Production ManagementSupply Chain Management or PlanningProcurement or SourcingLogistics or Distribution OperationsManufacturing or Process EngineeringQuality Engineering or Quality ManagementStrong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, systems, and best practicesWorking knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologiesExperience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systemsStrong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environmentsExperience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is advantageousBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Training & Development
