The Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations of the dining area, manage and lead front-of-house staff, deliver excellent customer service, create positive dining experiences, and ensure smooth service workflows. This role includes staff training, addressing customer concerns professionally, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with other managers to implement and maintain high operational standards.QualificationsStrong Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and guestsExceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive dining experienceKnowledge of Food & Beverage operations, menu items, and overall service standardsTraining and team management experience to develop and guide staffProficiency in Sales strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfactionProactive problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredExperience in the food and beverage industry and/or restaurant management is preferred
