Additionally, it provides end user support (Tier 2)to employees by assisting with hardware and software issues as directedby local leadership, troubleshooting technical problems, and offeringguidance on system use.Working closely with aligned cross-functional (Technology, Informatics,Application) IT teams and various other departments, the engineerresolves incidents, installs and configures devices (access points,routers, hardware, etc.), and delivers solutions that fosterproductivity, while strictly adhering to established health systemprotocols and security standards. Emphasizing responsive customerservice and technical expertise, the IT Infrastructure Engineer helpsensure a seamless and secure user experience throughout theorganization.**Essential Job Function:** Maintain reliable performance of all systems and networks inalignment with health system technology strategy. Provide end user support for hardware and software issues,troubleshooting technical problems as directed by local leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and other departments toresolve incidents and deliver effective solutions. Install and configure devices such as access points, routers, andother hardware to support workplace productivity based onorganizational priority. Adhere strictly to established health system protocols and securitystandards. Emphasize responsive customer service and technical expertise toensure a seamless and secure user experience.**Minimum Qualifications:** **Education:** Associate degree in Information Technology or relatedfield (or equivalent experience). **Experience:** Minimum 2 year in desktop/end-user support, preferably inhealthcare. Strong knowledge on Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, andcommon healthcare applications. Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support tools, andticketing systems. **Skills:** Excellent communication and customer service skills.
