We're looking for an Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team in Shafter, CA. In this role, you'll help ensure inventory accuracy across the facility while working closely with production, shipping, receiving, and management teams.If you enjoy problem-solving, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesAs an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will:Conduct routine cycle counts for packaging, ingredients, raw materials, and byproducts.Investigate and help resolve missing product issues.Monitor inventory levels and communicate low inventory concerns to the Inventory Manager.Maintain, track, and report inventory records and inventory changes.Partner with internal departments to coordinate product disposition for use or disposal.Work with production, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies.Maintain and update inventory standard operating procedures and work instructions.Ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.Perform other duties as assigned.
