Position Title Student Assistant - Softball Posiition Number STSS13 Tenure Information Job Description Performs various services in the areas of field maintenance, all office duties, custodial duties, and other duties assigned by the softball program head coach. Works under direct supervision of the softball head coach. Required Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Compliance Physical Characteristics Physical Characteristics Physical ability to lift up to 25lbs, carry, bend and stoop. Manual dexterity for gripping and computer keyboarding. Salary Range Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in a minimum of 6 units in corresponding semester. Must present appropriate documentation that establishes identity and employment authorization. Hourly Rate Minimum Wage Desirable Qualifications Must carry a unit load of 12 or higher Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications Willing to learn and work odd hours Essential Duties Prepares recruiting packets for incoming freshman prospects Performs various field duties on or around softball field Maintains a daily working relationship with head coach and assistant coaches Coordinates the filing of all player personnel files Coordinates contact and correspondence with all alumni Performs related duties as assigned by the head softball coach Posting Detail Information Posting Number Is there an approved budget for this position?
