You’ll work closely with leadership and play a key role in translating partner needs into compelling opportunities.You’ll sit at the center of the partnership process — connecting conversations, materials, and pipeline tracking to ensure clarity, consistency, and momentum.ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development & SupportSupport the development of partnership opportunities across key SPORT BEACH moments (e.g., Cannes Lions, Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Weekend)Translate partner goals and early conversations into clear positioning and activation ideasContribute to the evolution of partnership offerings and sales materialsPitch Development & StorytellingCreate high-quality, tailored partnership proposals for brands, agencies, and strategic partnersTurn inputs from calls and emails into structured, insight-driven pitch materials within tight timelines (48–72 hours)Adapt and customize existing decks into cohesive, strategic proposals (not templated)Write and refine proposal copy to ensure messaging is clear, relevant, and aligned to partner objectivesDevelop thoughtful, differentiated activation ideas to strengthen proposalsSales Process & Pipeline ManagementOwn day-to-day management of HubSpot CRM, ensuring all deals, contacts, and updates are accurate and currentTranslate call insights and communications into structured CRM updatesTrack deal progression across stages and help maintain visibility into pipeline statusSupport leadership in preparing for conversations by ensuring information is organized and accessibleClient & Partner EngagementParticipate in partnership calls (5–15+ weekly), supporting conversation flow and capturing key insightsTake detailed notes including stakeholder priorities, budget signals, and decision dynamicsSynthesize takeaways into clear internal summaries and next stepsHelp ensure continuity across conversations by maintaining organized records and follow-upsCross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to iterate on proposals and materials in real timeHelp ensure alignment across teams on timelines, deliverables, and deal statusAct as a reliable support layer across sales, strategy, and operationsProcess & Workflow SupportMaintain strong CRM hygiene and consistent tracking practicesIdentify gaps or inefficiencies in the partnership process and suggest improvementsSupport the development of scalable templates, materials, and workflows over timeWhy We’re Excited About YouStrong executor.
