Schedule & Pay Craters 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: $18/hour2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PMFriday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PMPay: $19/hourMetal Fabricators (2nd Shift) Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PMFriday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PMPay: $20/hourNote: All 2nd shift employees will train on 1st shift until fully qualified. Key Responsibilities:Craters: Perform crating and packaging of finished productsRead and interpret tape measurements accuratelyOperate tools such as nail guns, chop saws, and table sawsUtilize basic carpentry and woodworking skillsPreferred Experience: Cabinetry or woodworking backgroundPrevious experience in the sign industryMetal Fabricators / Welders: Perform aluminum welding and fabrication tasksSet up and operate welding equipment (Millermatic 355)Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned projects efficientlyExperience Requirements: 1–5 years welding experience (shop environment): $20/hour5+ years welding experience preferredSign industry experience is a plusInterview Requirement: Candidates must complete an aluminum welding testBring personal welding gear: helmet, gloves, and steel-toe bootsGeneral Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision (especially for 2nd shift roles)How to Apply: Online: www.applyregal.com (select "Dallas" as your branch) In Person:Regal Staffing – Dallas Branch606 North Main StreetDuncanville, TX 75116 Ask for Juana or Esperanza
