Beige is looking for an exceptional, high-energy Inbound Sales Representative to drive our frontline revenue, manage incoming deal flow, and convert warm leads into long-term clients.This is not a traditional call center position. We're building much more than a service company — we're building infrastructure for the future of content.As Beige scales aggressively, we're building a team obsessed with speed, ownership, execution, innovation, and growth.LocationRemote ScheduleMonday – Friday9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CSTThere are other shifts availableCompensationCommission BasedWhat You'll Be DoingHandling a high volume of inbound sales calls, inquiries, and emails with speed and professionalism.Qualifying warm leads, understanding their creative needs, and aligning them with our world-class video and photography services.Communicating clearly, confidently, and persuasively with prospective clients ranging from families to Fortune 500 executives.Managing the sales funnel end-to-end, overcoming objections, and relentlessly following up to close deals.Inputting data cleanly and tracking all customer interactions, deals, and pipelines within our CRM.Consistently hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue milestones.Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff from signed contract to production delivery.Who We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:Fluent spoken and written EnglishProven experience in inbound sales, high-ticket closing, account management, or premium customer service.Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and executive presence over phone and email.Customer-obsessed and fiercely results-driven—you genuinely love the thrill of closing a deal.Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving, high-pressure, target-driven environments without needing constant supervision.Extreme ownership and self-initiation—you don’t wait around to be told to follow up with a lead or manage your pipeline.High resilience, strong attention to detail, and exceptional pipeline organization.Preferred / Major Plus:Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.).Prior experience selling creative services, video/photo production, or tech startup products.Familiarity with modern remote productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana).
