Researcher and health data operations

Oasis is building the most transparent health data platform in the world. We independently test, analyze, and synthesize the latest scientific research on drinking water, food, and supplements—so consumers can instantly understand what's actually inside the products they use every day. We're looking for a Head of Operations & Health Research to own and scale our research, testing, and scoring systems. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is both a strong operator and deeply passionate about evidence-based health. Responsibilities Own all product research, data integrity, and lab testing workflows Develop, maintain, and iterate on Oasis' scoring and rating algorithms Translate emerging scientific research into clear, actionable product insights Build and manage SOPs to ensure 100% data accuracy and consistency Lead and train VAs and researchers while remaining deeply hands-on Oversee category expansion across water, food, supplements, and beyond Collaborate on brand and public communications around research findings This is not a "manager-only" role. You will be expected to execute research, validate data, and improve systems yourself.
