About the job Speech Therapy for Neuro and Rehabilitation Services Speech Therapist (Brain Injury & Neuro Program)WellTech Partners is working with a neuro program that is seeking an experienced Neuro Speech Therapist to join their clinical team. This role is ideal for a speech therapist with a strong background in adult neuro populations, especially those recovering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and stroke.This is a fully on-site position where you will work closely with our team Psychologist, collaborating to deliver comprehensive cognitive-communication and rehabilitative care.Fridays are designated non-clinical days, reserved for charting, administrative duties, team collaboration, and planning.Location: Los Gatos, CASchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM(No weekends, holidays, or on-call)Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat adult patients with TBI, stroke, and other neurological conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans focused on cognition, speech, language, and functional communicationCollaborate closely with the team Psychologist and interdisciplinary providers to ensure coordinated patient careProvide ongoing patient and family education to support long-term recoveryComplete timely charting, documentation, and care-coordination tasks (primarily on Fridays)Participate in team meetings and case reviews to support exceptional patient outcomesRequirementsMust hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain prior to start)Masters Degree in Speech-Language PathologyExperience working with adult neuro populations (TBI, stroke, cognitive impairment required)Strong clinical foundation in neuro rehabilitation and cognitive-linguistic therapyAbility to work fully on-site MondayFridayComfortable working in a structured, collaborative, multidisciplinary settingNo pediatrics in this roleLos Gatos is an upscale, scenic community located in the heart of Silicon Valley at the base of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
