Be part of a company that's lifting the industry - and our people - to new heights.Your next big move starts here.Job Purpose:The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generation of new client opportunities and the expansion of existing customer opportunities in the defined target market that meet the product and service sales goals and new client requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:Develop, cultivate, and penetrate the defined selling territory and target market prospects, primarily by bringing in orders from new accountsThe ongoing development and deepening of existing client relationships in the selling territoryFollow and utilize company's sales systems and prospect development processes.Identify proper prospect buying influences and correctly identify their site challenges, the reasons they are occurring, and solutions for solving their challenges.Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity and revenue objectivesParticipate in the development of your annual sales development plan with managementCommunicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with all team members to ensure a consistent and effective delivery to the client.Build an effective professional network by participating in organizations and events that foster these opportunities and builds referral sourcesEndeavor to grow personally and professionally by participating in industry and sales related seminars, workshops, and organizationsAbility to complete and present daily and weekly pipeline reports in a timely mannerJob Requirements:At least two years successful outside sales experience in Rigging/Lifting products highly preferredAt least three years preferred in Industrial/Equipment salesMust understand and utilize consultative sellingMust be sales and results drivenMust be able to maintain reports on quotas, prospective customers, and various other dataExperience working with a CRM and Microsoft Office SuiteMechanical background a plusEffective problem solving skills and experience with prospects and clientsA well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team playerAn energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional imageAn intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization across diverse cultures, and possesses excellent communication and presentation skillsMust be authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust be able to pass a pre-employment background check (including MVR) and drug screening.Company Perks for Outside Sales Representatives at Bishop Lifting: Annual Base Salary + Uncapped commission, monthly auto allowance, cell phone reimbursement, PTO accrual, Benefits- including health, dental, and vision.
