Security Officer Driving Role Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns; Monitor access points and activity across the location, helping to report unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with site expectations; Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by providing visible presence, assisting with directions and general questions, and reporting security-related issues to the appropriate contacts
