Product Development Coordinator (Beauty)Los Angeles, CA | On-siteUp to $70K (DOE)We’re partnering with an innovative beauty brand to find a Product Development Coordinator to support the end-to-end lifecycle of exciting new launches across skincare, color cosmetics, and accessories.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about beauty and eager to gain hands-on experience bringing products from concept to shelf.What You’ll Do:Support product development from ideation through launch and post-launch analysisCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory & PRAssist with SKU forecasting, sales trend analysis, and inventory awarenessCoordinate market research, product testing, and competitive analysisManage product data, documentation, artwork, and regulatory workflowsSupport PR initiatives and photo shootsHelp drive product positioning, naming, and go-to-market effortsWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar)Must have beauty industry experience (skincare + color cosmetics preferred)Strong organizational and project coordination skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExcellent communication skillsExposure to product development, formulation, packaging, or supply chain processes is a majorFormula evaluation and product testingPackaging/component selectionPricing and cost analysisManaging timelines and cross-functional deliverables
