We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeepers to join our opening team of a brand-new boutique hotel in the heart of Salem, MA. This role is essential to maintaining the elevated standards and intimate atmosphere that define our boutique property.
Our ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Weekend availability (including Saturdays and Sundays) is required.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms to brand and property standards
Refresh linens, make beds, and restock amenities
Clean and sanitize bathrooms and common areas
Operate on-site laundry equipment, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Ensure rooms are guest-ready within established timeframes
Provide courteous, professional interactions with guests when needed
Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
Experience handling commercial laundry equipment is a plus
Basic technology proficiency, including comfort using smartphones, tablets, or hotel management systems to track room status and assignments
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
