About the Opportunity:The Associate Project Manager supports the management of various technical projects, focusing on coordinating resources, maintaining project data, and assisting with project deliverables. This role ensures projects progress effectively by managing key information, supporting project teams, and potentially leading smaller projects, thereby contributing to successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.3. Responsibilities:• Develop task lists or project schedules aligned with project scope and objectives• Coordinate technical resources to support project delivery• Serve as the primary contact for the project team during engagements• Collaborate or escalate issues related to business or technical challenges• Track project-related costs, including time and expenses• Manage project information in ERP, PSA, and CRM systems• Generate reports and internal project deliverables• Assist Project Managers with administrative support and deliverable production4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience• PMP certification or in progress preferred• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively• Attention to detail and organizational skills• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• Experience or exposure to technology initiatives preferred• Actively pursuing project management education or certification preferred5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Estimated pay range $70,000—$80,000 USD• Salary based on factors including location, experience, and qualifications• Certain positions may be eligible for variable incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions6.
