We believe innovation comes from a diversity of creative ideas.We are the Market: Our team believes in full immersion to gain insight into retail markets, contemporary culture and consumer reaction.Position OverviewThe Sales Associate spearheads the company's efforts to maintain and expand relationships with its retail partners, offering the most creative products in the industry. This role is responsible for achieving sales quotas and executing strategic account representation, working across product categories and brand initiatives while collaborating closely with product development and design teams.Essential Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:Maintain, grow, and develop assigned key retail accountsProspect and create new opportunities with strategic partners, identifying white space and generating salesConduct in-depth research on accounts, trends, and store assortments to craft tailored product recommendationsCreate compelling and strategic sales presentations supported by data, visuals, and curated samplesRepresent the entire Bioworld assortment, working closely with internal teams to deliver customer-specific programsProvide design teams with actionable feedback from the market and retail partnersCollaborate in sales meetings and trade shows, helping with prep, sample coordination, and customer recapsActively analyze and understand market trends, pricing, silhouettes, consumer behavior, and retail performanceBecome an expert in your accounts and key categoriesTrack and report performance with a focus on sell-through successConsistently contribute to cross-functional collaboration and product assortment strategiesHandle some sample and trade show logistics (lifting up to 50 lbs.)Qualifications:1–3 years of direct sales experience, ideally in apparel or accessories selling to major retailersPassion for pop culture and lifestyle brandsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrategic mindset with ability to create profitable, trend-driven, consumer-specific programsSolid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookCritical thinker with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skillsExperience with customer databases, retail portals, or business management systemsStrong interpersonal skills; works well independently and in a team settingAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and passionate with excellent time managementEducation Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree – preferredBusiness Hours:Monday–Friday, in-office from 8:30am–5:30pm; extended hours depending on workloadHybrid schedule potential after training and proven performance
