They focus on delivering responsive technical support, minimizing downtime, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare providers through high service standards and dependable expertise.Role Overview:As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of a range of general radiology imaging systems. You will respond to scheduled and emergency service calls, troubleshoot technical issues, complete detailed service documentation, and serve as a trusted technical resource for customers.
