CFO Assistant & Data Reporting Specialist The CFO Assistant and Data Reporting Specialist provides executive administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) while also managing key reporting and data analysis functions. This role ensures the smooth operation of the CFO’s office by handling scheduling, meeting preparation, and document management, while also gathering, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of administrative and analytical skills, with a high level of discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist the CFO with calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups. Handle confidential information with discretion. Track progress on strategic initiatives and provide updates to the CFO. Assist in preparing materials for meetings. Maintain an organized system for managing files and documents. Order and manage office supplies as needed. Reporting and Analysis: Gather data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, external systems) and ensure its accuracy and integrity. Perform data cleaning and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel Provide regular and ad-hoc reports, summarizing key findings and recommendations. Track KPIs to monitor business performance and provide insights into operational efficiency, customer behavior, and financial metrics. Create compelling visualizations that make complex data easy to understand through charts, graphs and dashboards. Ensure data is stored and managed securely and consistently. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software, and the Microsoft Office Suite. High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
