Community Manager
About the OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Community Manager to support the growth, and daily operations of a large-scale master-planned community in Jacksonville, Florida area.This is a highly visible role for someone who can bring structure, strong communication, and a hospitality-minded approach to an evolving, amenity-rich community. This position will partner closely with developers, stakeholders, vendors, and residents while helping build the operational foundation for long-term success.What You’ll DoLead daily operations for a large-scale, master-planned community, including amenities, common areas, vendors, resident needs, and service standards.Support phased community growth by helping transition amenities, shared spaces, and operational areas from development into daily operations.Partner with developers, internal leadership, board/HOA representatives, residents, vendors, and other community stakeholders.Establish scalable processes that can grow with the community as resident count, amenities, and operational needs expand.Oversee amenity-rich spaces such as clubhouses, parks, fitness areas, lifestyle spaces, and gathering areas.Manage vendor relationships and hold service partners accountable for quality, timelines, communication, and community standards.Serve as a visible, approachable community leader for residents.Address resident questions, concerns, and escalations with professionalism, empathy, consistency, and sound judgment.Support community standards and governing document enforcement through education, documentation, and resident service.Assist with governance processes, meetings, reporting, budgets, invoice review, service contracts, and community planning.What We’re Looking For3–5+ years of experience in community management, HOA management, property management, hospitality management, club management, or a related resident/customer-facing leadership role.Experience in a large-scale, master-planned, amenity-rich, or high-growth community environment strongly preferred.Florida CAM license required.Strong vendor management, resident communication, operational follow-through, and project coordination experience.Experience working with developers, boards, committees, senior stakeholders, or community leadership preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities in an evolving environment where processes may need to be created, refined, and scaled.Professional, polished, service-minded, and confident in resident-facing situations.Comfortable balancing hospitality, compliance, operations, and stakeholder expectations.What Makes Someone Successful HereStrong stakeholder engagement and influenceOperational follow-throughAbility to build structure in a growing environmentResident-first service mindsetClear communication and conflict resolution skillsFinancial and administrative accountabilityAdaptability, professionalism, and ownershipSchedule & Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time, onsite position based in the Jacksonville, Florida area.The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with some evening meetings, community events, and occasional after-hours needs based on the community’s growth and operational demands.ConfidentialityThis is a confidential search.
