Workday Business Process Analyst
Anderson University invites applications for the full-time position of Workday Business Process Analyst. The University seeks candidates who are committed to our mission and the integration of faith and learning.The Workday Business Process Analyst supports the University's use of the Workday platform by analyzing, configuring, and optimizing business processes that promote efficient, compliant, and reliable operations across campus. This position partners closely with campus stakeholders, Information Technology, and functional teams to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions and will support continuous process improvement. Key areas of focus include supporting and maintaining Workday business processes, troubleshooting workflow issues, coordinating testing and documentation, assisting with governance and change management efforts, and supporting Workday releases and updates to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting across the institution.Knowledge equivalent to that gained through a bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience supporting and configuring Workday business processes is required. Experience supporting Workday in higher education or familiarity with Workday HR, Payroll, or Finance business processes preferred.
