Job Description Production Worker – Test Strip ManufacturingJob SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Production Worker to support the manufacturing of high‑quality test strips. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products while ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. This position is well‑suited for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced production environment and take pride in accuracy, consistency, and teamwork.The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials up to 25 lbs., and maintain focus and precision throughout the shift.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and perform visual inspections of test strips to ensure accuracy and qualitySafely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 25 lbs.Package finished products and operate basic production equipment and toolsIdentify, segregate, document, and report defective materials or products in accordance with proceduresMonitor and track material levels to support uninterrupted production flowFollow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all timesPerform additional duties as assigned, including occasional extended hours as business needs requireRequired Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environmentAbility to work effectively in roles such as line worker, machine operator, or picker/packerProficiency with packing and packaging processesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAdditional QualificationsEntry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply; stable work history and strong work ethic preferredAbility to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs.Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow within a production settingWhy Join Us?This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity offering strong potential for long‑term employment and career advancement.
