Duties
Accurately measure, weigh, and combine raw materials to create consistent batches in accordance with manufacturing protocols.
Operate machinery such as mixers, blenders, and other processing equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cleaning equipment and tools after use.
Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure product safety and quality at all times.
Assist with materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading supplies using forklifts or manual methods.
Support packaging processes by preparing finished products for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
Collaborate with laboratory personnel to perform quality checks and document batch records accurately.
Experience
Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred, especially within a regulated setting such as CGMP compliance.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction.
Warehouse experience including materials handling and forklift operation is highly desirable.
Basic laboratory experience or understanding of quality control procedures is a plus.
Knowledge of machining or equipment maintenance can be advantageous but is not required.
