Job Description: DMAC Solutions at Region 7 is hiring talented and experienced software developers/programmers with a passion for creating and improving web-based applications and services. We're looking for developers who will work closely with other developers and education specialists. Our goal is to deliver high-quality solutions that truly meet the needs of our schools. This job has the potential to operate as a hybrid position with some time onsite at Region 7 ESC and some from a remote location. Education and Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required. Proven experience with the .NET framework, including C#, ASP.NET Web Forms, and MVC. Strong proficiency in web languages and standards, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON. Skilled in relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL. Exceptional reasoning and problem-solving skills. Creativity and resourcefulness in implementing solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects across various application domains, both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities and Duties: Write clean, stable, and fault-tolerant code that stands the test of time. Take the lead in designing, developing, and ensuring the functionality of various production-level software products or services. Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing emerging technologies and practices that can enhance our existing products and services. Establish and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally. Provide mentorship and advice to other developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Make impactful decisions that directly affect the products and services within your assigned scope. Offer technical assistance as and when required.
