A company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager to lead and evolve its enterprise learning function.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the enterprise learning strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Partner with business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and create outcomes-driven learning solutions
Lead onboarding and integration programs for new and acquired employees to enhance productivity and cultural alignment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human capital, adult learning, or a related field
5+ years of experience leading teams and initiatives in a business environment
5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions that drive performance
Demonstrated ability to diagnose business problems and recommend appropriate solutions
Experience overseeing learning infrastructure, including LMS and learning standards
