We combine creative content ideas with smart paid media strategy to drive business results.We develop integrated strategies that help transform our clients' businesses through customer value and business value. We match great creative ideas with effective distribution and leading expertise in paid social media.We represent the social media marketing capability within Ogilvy. We offer an end-to-end integrated offering pulling together creative, media and data expertise to deliver nimble and result-driven campaigns for our clients.What You'll DoDevelop and execute influencer program and distribution strategiesPartner with agency leads across the network and an array of brands to prepare cohesive thinking across campaigns and activationsCreate and conduct influencer briefs for creatives and influencersEstablish and maintain relationships with key contacts within the influencer space while also ensuring that client/agency relationships exist on multiple levels and grow over timeOversee research, identification, and relationship management with influencers that help meet brand goals via influencer partnershipsAnalyze and access campaign to provide valuable insights and opportunitiesRemain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposureEfficiently and effectively plans and manage influencers at large-scale eventsWhat You'll NeedMinimum of 6+ years of experience in social media influencer strategy and execution; experience in driving talent partnershipsProven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic story-telling that drive impactProven ability to identify relevant influencers and conduct effective outreachStrong project management skills with attention to detailExperience with paid social media in support of influencer campaignsProven ability to shepherd the development of legal contracts with influencersExperience working with influencer and content management toolsUnderstands influencer search tools and platforms to assess the effectiveness of an influencerExperience in hospitalityHow We'll Support You
