As an Electrical Engineering Professional, part of our Cities and Places team, you will be an integral member of the design team. You will have the opportunity to perform building electrical analysis and design for a wide range of projects locally, nationally, and around the world, producing technical reports, construction drawings and technical specifications. Specific electrical design efforts will entail medium and low voltage power distribution, motor control, standby and emergency generation systems, lighting systems, fire alarm, lightning protection, grounding, and security systems, to relevant codes of practice. Additionally, your expertise will be leveraged to help support high quality power distribution and lighting calculations, technical notes, and reports. If you're up for the challenge, we've been looking for someone just like you.#LI-AC2Here's what you'll needBachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringProfessional Engineering Registration (P.E.)5-10 years relevant professional experience for infrastructure building-related design projects involving utility systems, design and interpretation of facility electrical diagrams.Ability to perform as a lead electrical engineer.Experience working in a multi-discipline team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Solid working knowledge of the National Electrical Cod.Ideally, you'll also have:Experience using building BIM drafting software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit)Practical, hands-on experience and/or construction supportProject Management experienceExperience with alternate delivery (Design-Build, CMAR/CM-GC and/or EPC projects)Experience in developing project level of efforts for building electrical designPosted Salary Range: Minimum85,000.00Posted Salary Range: Upper132,750.00Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
