This position requires prior law firm billing experience and strong knowledge of legal e-billing platforms, billing guidelines, collections, and accounts receivable processes.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing complex legal billing workflows in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume legal billing from prebills through final invoice processingPrepare, review, and submit LEDES invoices through electronic billing platformsHandle invoice edits, rejections, appeals, reductions, and resubmissionsMonitor accounts receivable aging and assist with collections effortsEnsure compliance with outside counsel billing guidelines and client requirementsResolve billing discrepancies and submission issues quickly and accuratelyGenerate billing, aging, and status reports for attorneys and managementMaintain accurate billing records and documentationCommunicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and internal staff regarding billing mattersQualificationsExtensive legal billing and collections experience within a high-volume law firm environment requiredStrong experience with legal billing systems such as Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar platformsHands-on experience with eBillingHub, CounselLink, TyMetrix 360, Legal Tracker, and other e-billing systemsKnowledge of LEDES billing formats and electronic invoice submission processesAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPosition DetailsContract opportunityFully in-office roleLocated in the Dallas NorthPark/Central areaCompetitive compensation based on experienceThis opportunity is ideal for a seasoned legal billing professional who can quickly step in and contribute within a demanding, high-volume law firm setting.
