Shocking, I know. The role: Senior Tax Manager, in office four days a week, Fridays from home. CPA required. Complex returns, complex clients, and a very real Partner track. Not the mythical kind that’s whispered about in bigger firms like Bigfoot. Who it suits: Someone lost in the shuffle at a big firm. Or stuck behind the Partner’s nephew at a tiny one. Software: CCH Axcess Health, vision, life insurance, SIMPLE IRA with match, and flexible PTO.
