You’ll work closely with C-suite and senior executives within firms across industries, leveraging your deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies and industry insights to position our firm as their partner of choice. This role requires a strong combination of technical acumen, sales expertise, and industry experience to develop tailored digital transformation solutions that address client needs and maximize Salesforce’s value.Job Title - Client Partner / AVPLocation - Bay Area, CA / Chicago, IL / New JerseyKey Responsibilities:• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Salesforce services and solutions, aligning with company goals to drive revenue growth in assigned sectors or geographies.• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders in target accounts, understanding their digital transformation needs and promoting the value of our Salesforce offerings.• Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing consultative Salesforce expertise. Understand client business challenges and objectives, and design Salesforce solutions that drive measurable results.• End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Ensure smooth handoff to the delivery teams while maintaining client satisfaction.• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and marketing to create tailored proposals, presentations, and demos that showcase the competitive advantages of our Salesforce solutions.• Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed of market trends, industry challenges, and competitor activity within the Salesforce ecosystem. Utilize this knowledge to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.• Revenue & Pipeline Management: Monitor and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics. Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded through proactive management of opportunities and pipeline health.Qualifications:• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.• Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce services and solutions. Prior experience in a senior sales role at a technology consulting firm (e.g., Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini) is highly desirable.• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other key products. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales Consultant, Application Architect) are a plus.• Industry Knowledge: Experience working with clients from the Technology & Hitech industry with an understanding of their unique digital transformation needs.• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through strategic solution selling. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior executives.• Advisory & Consulting Skills: Experience in a consultative sales approach, with the ability to assess client needs, recommend Salesforce solutions, and drive executive buy-in for transformation projects.• Leadership Abilities: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, lead client engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.Career Growth and Development:As an Client Partner in our Salesforce practice, you’ll have unparalleled opportunities for career growth.
