You’ll work closely with leadership to improve processes, enhance reporting, and ensure a clean, scalable accounting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliationsMaintain and manage the general ledger and financial reporting processesPerform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrityAssist in developing internal controls, workflows, and approval processesSupport AP, payroll, and day-to-day accounting operationsContribute to multi-entity / multi-location reporting (P&Ls)Help build and refine month-end close checklists and proceduresPartner cross-functionally with internal stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field)2–5 years of corporate accounting experience (GL, accrals, close, reconciliations)Strong understanding of accrual-based accountingExperience with QuickBooks Online preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentSelf-starter mindset with the ability to work independentlyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsEnvironment & CultureProfessional, business-formal environmentCollaborative but results-driven and detail-focused teamHybrid schedule (initial onboarding may require additional in-office time)Ideal for someone who wants to step beyond routine accounting work and help build somethingWhy Join NowThis is a pivotal moment for the organization as they scale operations and invest heavily in their finance function.
