We uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service -- and we are looking for people who share those values.If you take pride in your work, show up ready to contribute, and want to be part of a team that builds things that matter for communities across Texas, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPrepare job sites for installation including clearing debris, staging materials, and organizing tools and equipmentLoad and unload materials, products, and equipment safely and efficientlySupport the crew and project foreman throughout all phases of installationMaintain a clean and organized work site from project start through final walkthroughFollow all company safety protocols and PPE requirements at all timesOperate hand tools, power tools, and equipment as directed by the project foremanAssist with the installation of commercial playground equipment, shade structures, and outdoor recreational productsComplete end of day site cleanup and equipment staging for the following dayQualificationsAbility to follow directions and complete tasks both independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or GED preferred -- motivated candidates with relevant experience encouraged to applyPrior experience in construction or outdoor installation work is a plus -- we are willing to train the right personExperience with forklifts, power tools, and hand tools highly preferredMust be physically capable of performing demanding outdoor labor including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended time on your feet in varying weather conditionsCompensation $15 - $18 hourly
