Above all, there is the highest standard of honesty and integrity when conducting business.Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities include but not limited to:Consistently and courteously greet and thank each customer and provide fast and friendly customer serviceAnswer phone calls on using call script and gathering necessary information from customerVisually inspect vehicle, question customer about vehicle performance, complete service work order, and explain service costs to customersInteract with customers to determine immediate service needsUse a consultative approach to educate customers on services and productsServe as a liaison between technicians and customersHandle complaints courteously and efficiently per company policyMaintain internal and external store appearance to comply with Big O Tires standardsAdhere to all local, state and federal regulations concerning all facets of job responsibilities and duties, and store operationsFollow posted work schedule and adhere to proper clocking procedures to accurately reflect hours workedOther duties as assignedQualifications:Strong Sales Background with proven recordOrganized and friendly personalityTime Management SkillsProfessional communication skills with customersTeam oriented and self-motivatedPart-Time and Full-Time positions availableFrom flat tires and oil changes to rotor resurfacing and that weird clunking sound you've been hearing for a week, there are a lot of Big Oh Nos for your car.
