Crushing Foreman & Crusher Operator

We are hiring a crusher operator/equipment operator for our crushing crew. We offer competitive wages, consistent hours, overtime pay, and opportunities to grow your career.Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.Responsibilities include:* Perform gradation tests to ensure the product meets spec.* Measure and report on quantities produced.* Operate crusher.* Operate loader.* Operate dozer.* Operate excavator.* Efficiently tear down, move, and set up crushing plant at each job.* Help with equipment maintenance.* Prioritize safety on the job site.- Past crushing is required for this position.- This is a full-time position and seasonal. We work as far into December as possible.(weather dependent).- We do commercial and residential work in Alexandria, MN, and throughout Minnesota. Travel is required. A per diem is offered when the job site is over an hour away from the Excavating shop.- We offer competitive wages and benefits which can include: health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and profit sharing.- Pay is based on experience.- Drug and alcohol testing will be done before the 1st day of work.- Having a CDL A license is preferred.- MSHA certification required.
