This role is customer-focused and involves managing initiatives that align with the customer's goals and objectives. The Account Manager works collaboratively to ensure projects are executed successfully from initiation to completion, providing consistent support and strategic insights.What You’ll DoRelationship Management:Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers and internal teamsAct as a liaison between customer stakeholders and Veeva, addressing needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.Customer SupportUnderstand customer objectives, challenges, and opportunities to deliver tailored solutionsProactively provide recommendations to optimize customer success and project outcomes.Project OversightManage and oversee projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are metMonitor progress, address risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Collaboration And CoordinationPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.Facilitate communication between internal departments to align on project goals and deliverables.RequirementsB.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience1+ years of account management/project management experiencePharmaceutical Speaker Bureau experience is a plusPharmaceutical Event Planning experience is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional and clear oral and written communication Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and/or multitask often to meet fluctuating customer /company priorities Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Must be able to travel and work onsite for customer meetingsNice to HaveFamiliar with health sciences and regulated environmentsMaintain current knowledge of appropriate regulations, e.g., OIG, PhRMA CodeFundamental knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud Product Suite including by not limited to Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Events Management, and EngageAbility to work and thrive in a team atmospherePositive attitude and maintain a “Whatever it Takes” attitudePerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $65,000 - $95,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
