Pay Range: $25–$28/hour

Your Impact
Train new assemblers on proper hand-tool usage and standardized work aligned with ISO and relevant regulatory requirements.
Lead instruction for assembling mechanical components per drawings and specifications.
Create training aids, visual workflows, and curricula; deliver engaging, hands-on sessions.
Champion quality, ESD protocols, and safety; provide on-the-spot coaching for complex builds.
Assess trainee understanding and skills; document progress and adherence to procedures.
Advise supervisors on readiness for production release and additional coaching needs.
Continuously improve the onboarding program to support product and process changes.
Rework, Repair, and Assembly Responsibilities
Diagnose, disassemble, repair, and reassemble electro-mechanical medical assemblies.
Execute electrical, mechanical, and functional testing post-repair.
Maintain thorough traceability via DHR entries and service logs.
Identify recurring issues; escalate patterns to Quality Assurance and Process Engineering.
Care for calibrated tools, ESD-safe stations, and test equipment.

What You’ll Bring
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
Background in training, mentoring, or coaching in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on proficiency with hand/power/torque tools and electrical test gear, including Hi-Pot testing.
Physical & Mental Demands
Frequent standing, communication, comprehension, and troubleshooting.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
