A company is looking for a Client Outreach/Onboarding Coordinator.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the onboarding process of new groups from application through to successful enrollmentWork with customers on their annual benefits renewal process and any coverage or carrier changesUtilize phone, text, and email to provide proactive onboarding support and reconcile issues for customersRequired Qualifications1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales roleA Life and Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of employmentPositive and optimistic personality with strong customer empathyHighly productive with good multitasking skillsPrevious experience with Salesforce is a plus
