Job Description:Assist in validating system premium and loss calculations ensuring accurate results by programInvestigate discrepancies between system calculations versus manual processing resultsCollaborate with program accounting staff and IT as needed to assist with data validationConduct high level analysis of system Pre-Production versus Production and validate resultsRequirements:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent combination of education and work experienceMinimum 3-5 years' experience in Reinsurance Accounting required.Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation required.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
