A well-established fine-dining restaurant group is seeking a motivated hospitality leader ready to grow within an elevated dining environment.About the RoleThe General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including guest experience, team leadership, and overall performance. The role focuses on building strong teams, maintaining service standards, and delivering a consistent, high-quality dining experience.We recognize that in fine dining, career growth is not always a straight line. Some successful leaders step into a General Manager role after strengthening fundamentals typically handled at the AGM level.
