Customer Service/SchedulerPay: $20.00 per hourJob description:Individual must be organized, friendly, be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, busy office environment. Must have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented, intermediate computer experience, the ability to follow systems and problem solve, Responsibilities are as listed below but not limited to:Responsibilities:- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls and emails- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients- Update client information in database- Maintain a broad knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions- Creating detailed work orders- Creating an efficient, effective service scheduleSchedule customer service appointments and dispatch service personnel.Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.Maintain accurate records of service schedules, customer interactions, and technician availability.Collaborate with customer service representatives and field technicians to optimize daily schedules.Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate urgent requests or cancellations.Use scheduling software and CRM systems to manage appointments and customer data.Provide timely updates to customers regarding service times and delays.Assist in analyzing scheduling trends and improving operational efficiency.Military experienced candidates are encouraged to applyApplicant should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a busy office.
