Job descriptionSales Tech LLC is hiring motivated and goal-oriented Remote Appointment Setters to join our fully remote sales team.This role is commission-based and ideal for individuals looking to break out of the traditional 9-to-5, gain flexibility. and increase their earning potential. No cold calling is required. You will engage with warm leads and use proven messaging strategies Responsibilities: Initiate and manage conversations with leads via direct messaging Quality leads and book calls for our closing team Track interactions and follow up consistently Meet performance targets for booked and attended calls Collaborate with the team for continual improvementWhat We Offer: $100 for each booked and attended sales call 10% commission on dosed deals (average deal size between $3,000 and $5,000) Ongoing 1-on-1 training and mentorship Clear growth path to become a Closer or Sales Manager Flexible working hours (minimum of 15 hours per week) Remote work environmentRequirements: Must be based in the United States or Canada Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099) Strong written communication skills in English Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable Comfortable using social media platforms (especiallyFacebook and Instagram) Previous sales or appointment setting experience is a plus but not required Must have a Credit score 650 or higher (we ask this because our funding partners cover your training at no cost to you and to be eligible your score needs to be 650 or higher)This is a 1099 commission-only position. Weekly earnings typically range between $1,000 and $5,000, depending on performance. There is no base salary.
