Your expertise will empower business leaders and employees, directly shaping Spectrum's growth and operational excellence.How You Will Make an ImpactDeliver strategic HR support by partnering with leadership to address business challenges and implement effective solutionsEnsure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws including FLSA, FMLA and ADAAA to minimize riskOversee all aspects of employee relations, ensuring company policies are administered fairly and consistentlyGuide and support managers and supervisors with performance management, employee development and organizational changeManage recruitment and staffing processes, design retention strategies and ensure compliance with EEO, FCC and Affirmative ActionConduct and oversee employee investigations, escalated issues, unemployment and workers compensation claimsSupervise payroll processing, commission reporting, HRIS database maintenance and departmental expensesLead and develop direct reports, oversee HR communications and participate in company-wide initiatives and labor relations programsWorking Conditions* This position observes a hybrid work schedule: 4 days in office/1 day remote* Office/call center environmentWhat You Will Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducation* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational behavior or related field, or equivalent experienceExperience* 5+ years of human resources generalist experience in a multi-location environmentSkillsRead, write, speak and understand EnglishCommunicate clearly and effectively in writing and orally, public speaking proficiencyInteract with all levels of management and personnelProject management and leadership abilitiesSupervisory skills to manage and develop othersMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationEffective prioritization, organization, and initiative,Decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressureProficiency with PC and MS Office applicationsAbility to work independentlyKnowledge of employment laws and procedures at all levelsUnderstanding of recruitment trends and technologiesFamiliarity with wage and hour laws, staffing practices and employee relations proceduresPreferred QualificationsEducation* Master's Degree* Certification for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR)Experience* 2+ years of management/leadership experience#LI-RLW2HGN505 2026-72493 2026Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
