IT Project ManagerCompany: Carter Support ServicesLocation: Seattle, WashingtonPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of IT initiatives that support business objectives.The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and skilled at managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments while maintaining a strong focus on risk management, quality, and customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through closureDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteriaDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentationCoordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party partnersIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issuesManage project budgets, resource allocation, and change requestsCommunicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadershipEnsure projects align with IT standards, security policies, and compliance requirementsFacilitate meetings, stand-ups, and project reviewsDrive continuous improvement in project management processesRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience managing IT or technology projectsStrong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, and/or application deliveryExperience managing cross-functional technical teamsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana)Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and tight deadlinesPreferred QualificationsPMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certificationExperience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologiesBackground in infrastructure, cloud migrations, cybersecurity, or software implementationsExperience managing vendors and outsourced service providersCore CompetenciesLeadership and team coordinationRisk and issue managementPlanning and execution excellenceAnalytical and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused mindsetWhy Join UsLead impactful technology initiatives with high visibilityCollaborative and supportive team cultureOpportunities for professional growth and certification supportCompetitive compensation and benefits
