Human Resources Generalist (Part-Time, Remote)Dana-co LLC is seeking a reliable and resourceful Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to support our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible remote opportunity while remaining actively involved in a broad range of HR functions.The position will support day-to-day HR operations, employee support, onboarding, performance management processes, and various administrative and operational initiatives. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Schedule & LocationPart-time remote positionApproximately 20–30 hours per weekFlexible schedule with availability during standard East Coast business hours as neededWhat You’ll DoServe as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and supportCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesAssist with employee relations matters and follow-up documentationSupport performance review and performance management processesAssist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationPartner with payroll, benefits, and PEO providers to help resolve employee inquiriesMaintain employee records and support HR compliance and administrative processesDraft employee communications, letters, and HR documentation as neededSupport HR projects, reporting, and process improvementsAssist with other operational and administrative tasks as needed in a collaborative, hands-on environmentWhat We’re Looking For3–7 years of HR experience in a coordinator, administrator, or generalist roleAbility to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversightComfortable balancing strategic and administrative responsibilitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSound judgment and ability to handle confidential information discreetlyRoll-up-your-sleeves mentality and willingness to support evolving business needsComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with BambooHR, PrismHR, or PEO environments is a plusExperience in apparel, retail, consumer products, wholesale, or similar industries is a plusWhy Join Dana-coFlexible remote work opportunityBroad exposure across multiple areas of HR and business operationsCollaborative and supportive team environmentOpportunity to contribute meaningfully within a growing organizationHands-on role with variety and visibility across the businessAbout Dana-coDana-co LLC is a leading apparel company headquartered in New York City with a portfolio of intimate apparel brands serving both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
