Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Location: Hettinger, ND 58639Assignment Type: Contract (10 Weeks)Specialty: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (LTC)Schedule: 3-5 days per week | Evening/Night shiftsShift Details: VariableShift Length: 8 or 12 hoursWeekly Hours: ~40 hoursOvertime: AvailableHousing: ProvidedPosition Overview"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) to support resident care plans, assist with daily clinical operations, and ensure compliance with facility standards and state regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care in alignment with individualized resident care plansAssist RNs in implementing and evaluating nursing careAdminister medications and treatments within scope of practice and facility policyMonitor and report changes in resident condition to RN or physicianCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams including RNs, physicians, and therapistsConduct patient rounds and respond to resident and family concernsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationSupport quality improvement initiatives and compliance auditsProvide guidance and support to CNAs and junior staff under RN supervisionRequired QualificationsEducation:Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (Diploma/Certificate)Successful completion of NCLEX-PNLicensure & Certifications:Active LPN License (Required)Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (Preferred)IV Certification (Preferred)COVID-19 Vaccination (Required; medical exemptions only)Influenza Vaccination (Required; exemptions/declinations allowed)Experience0-2 years of LPN experience preferredPrior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care strongly preferredKey SkillsStrong clinical nursing and patient care skills in LTC/SNF settingsAbility to assist and mentor CNA staff under RN supervisionKnowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance standardsStrong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail in documentation and medication administrationCompassionate, resident-focused care approachFor more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
