Store General Manager Opportunity Description: Plan, direct, coordinate and grow the operations of a dynamic, simple and cool restaurant business. Requirements Excellent leadership and communication skills Care about your team and your customers to add value to all relationships Develop Team Members and Managers into leaders and maintain a bench of top performing individuals functioning as a great team. Work a minimum of 47-53 hrs a week Open and available schedule Minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant industry Ability to read financial statements; strong analytical skills Ability to effectively and professionally provide guidance and coaching to store management and team members Ability to stand on your feet for a long period of time Experience in working independently and achieving results the right way with integrity Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Able to lift 50lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr
