DC Relationship Manager – TPA Experience, remote, up to 90k
Job Title: DC Retirement Relationship ManagerLocation: RemoteCompensation: Up to $90,000Position SummaryWe are seeking a DC Retirement Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of retirement plan clients and serve as their primary point of contact. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working for a TPA and a strong background in retirement plan administration, compliance testing, and Form 5500 preparation.ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with retirement plan sponsors, advisors, and key stakeholders.Provide guidance on plan administration, compliance requirements, and plan operations.Review and discuss annual compliance testing results (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, Coverage, etc.).Prepare and/or review Form 5500 filings and related documentation.Ensure plans remain compliant with ERISA and IRS regulations.Coordinate annual plan administration activities and regulatory deadlines.Deliver exceptional client service and proactively address client needs.Qualifications3+ years of retirement plan administration or relationship management experience.Prior experience with a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) required.Hands-on experience with compliance testing and Form 5500 preparation/review.Strong knowledge of 401(k), Profit Sharing, and other qualified retirement plans.Excellent communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.ASSPPA credentials (QKA, QKC, QPA, CPC) are a plus.Salary: Up to $90,000 based on experience.
