Texas Oracle HCM Analyst

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Analyst. Key Responsibilities Lead analysis, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud solutions Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into system configurations Design and support integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems using various tools Required Qualifications 6 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud configuration and implementation Strong understanding of Oracle HCM configuration, workflows, and role-based security Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and experience with testing processes
