Data Platform Architect

A company is looking for a Data Platform Architect to lead their data and digital transformation efforts. Key Responsibilities Design the end-to-end architecture for the operational data platform, utilizing technologies like Kafka, Debezium, and Flink Collaborate with partner teams to define reference architectures and canonical data models, establishing Data Contract standards Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and access controls, ensuring HIPAA compliance Required Qualifications 8-15 years of experience in architecting and operating large-scale data integrations and streaming pipelines in a cloud environment Strong hands-on experience with Kafka, Flink, and Debezium, with a focus on stateful stream processing Extensive experience with AWS Prior experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of HIPAA and ePHI requirements Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python; foundational knowledge of JVM-based languages like Java is preferred
