We are looking for a strategic and hands-on IT MSP Lead/ManagerNEED ONLY USC/GC W2 ROLEKey ResponsibilitiesVendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for MSP partners, ensuring SLAs are met and service quality remains high.Infrastructure Oversight: Manage cloud environments (Azure/AWS), networking, and SaaS applications (O365/Google Workspace).Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and long-term hardware/software lifecycles.Escalation Lead: Serve as the senior technical resource for complex issues that bypass standard MSP support.Compliance & Security: Maintain robust cybersecurity postures and ensure adherence to industry-standard audits.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in IT Management or a Lead role, specifically working within or managing an MSP environment.Tech Stack: Proficiency in RMM tools, PSA software, virtualization, and cloud architecture.Leadership: Proven ability to manage vendors and internal stakeholders across different time zones.Communication: Exceptional ability to translate "tech-speak" into actionable business insights.Let’s get you placed. 📥 To apply:Best regards,Interested?
