Job TitleBoar's Head Provisions Co., Inc.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Adhere to proper manufacturing methods to sustain Food Safety and Quality expectations.Collaborate and resolve issues quickly and efficiently focusing on our company's Core Values.Make pickle solutions used in Beef and Turkey Pump operations as prescribed by the processing procedures.Follow procedures and formulations in a precise manner.Maintain detailed records to ensure pickle sheets and batch documents are accurate and complete.Read and write, and perform mathematical calculations: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.Perform tests (salinity, nitrite, temperature, etc) as necessary to ensure pickle is formulated correctly.Deliver pickle to the various departments and injectors by operation of valves and pumps.Perform responsibilities in a timely manner to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of product through the department.Work cooperatively with other workers in the department to ensure workload is shared and finished product specifications are achieved.Follow plant rules and working conditions as it pertains to GMP's and clean equipment criteria.Show a strong desire to accept responsibility, show initiative, and be a team player.Be willing and able to perform other job functions as needed.Qualifications:Communicate with Supervision, Quality Assurance, and USDA personnel.Work in room temperatures that run below 40 degrees.Lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly.LocationJarratt, VATime TypeFull timeDepartmentPump and Tumble 1st Shift
